Measure circumference of the hips at the widest point.
Due to a wide range in waist and hip difference in many patients, size may need to be adjusted up or down by one size for a proper fit.

Correct sizing is essential for patient comfort and product effectiveness. The product should fit tightly enough to provide even, constant pressure without having any impact on the patient’s breathing. I wear this when I work, I need some relief to lower back spasms I've been having and this has helped me lose the back pain and offers some help with the sore lower back that I have been dealing with the last several months. Really does elp with lower spine pain and has been helpful in letting me rebuild my strength.
