I have a large 5" horizontal hernia due to a botched surgery and the binder has been instrumental in my
comfort while I lose weight prior to fixing it. I can lead a normal life with normal activities and not have
an "episode" with my stupid hernia.

I am also enjoying my elbow wrap. I am right handed and I am able to put the wrap on my right elbow with no problem.
