I want to ensure that Karissa's outstanding service does not go unnoticed. Although the back brace I purchased
ended up not meeting the needs of my particular condition and I am unfortunately returning it, through the purchase
process as well as the return process Karissa has provided me with prompt, personal and courteous attention.
